The company was started by John Parry MBA, DipProjMan, MRICS, MCIOB and is both a Chartered Surveying practice and a Chartered Building Consultancy. as such, it undertakes all of its business activities in a professional manner and operates under strict regulation. The dual membership guarantees clients a number of core standards and we are constantly seeking to improve the quality of our services through education and training.

Our philosophy is to offer clients the widest range of services and to deliver them through specialists. Our staff and associates are drawn from different backgrounds and are professionally qualified or working towards a professional qualification. We also work with other consultants enabling us to provide an all round service.

Our strength lies in our thorough knowledge of the components that make a building - land, design, construction and legislation. This centres on a knowledge of building costs, processes and defects within a framework of Planning and Building Regulations, Health and Safety, Landlord and Tenant and Construction contracts.

John Parry Limited has grown to provide quality products to clients and now operates from offices in Birmingham, Bristol and Cheltenham. most of our clients are private homeowners and small and medium sized businesses. We provide a level of professionalism which is found in larger organisations but we are approachable and practical.
